Done it with too many games to reel off, but a long session for me is over 24 hours. I've played various Metal Gear games, GTA games, Onimusha games and Resident Evil games for periods of this long, to name just a few, often replaying raising difficulty.
Back when I was younger on a snow day I played Diablo for nine hours. Since then I only really get two to three hours per sitting, and that is on a good day.
36 hours, Overlord, (With the expansion who's name I can't remember) by the end of it both my self and my PS3 were nearing exhaustion. I must of completed that game at lest 4 times in one sitting.
I still don't understand why I did that.
EDIT: A lot of people went for 36 hours, kawl coincidence.
One time I played Metal Gear Online for a whole weekend.
I started playing friday night and stopped playing sunday night. No sleep.
I will admit I did have a few 5-hour energies, but that was for when I went on my usual mile-run in the morning. But when I finished the mile I went right back to gaming. I also took a break form gaming to cook (not microwave)
About 27 hours, when it got to 7am fighting sleep was near impossible. Me and my friend managed to complete Resi 5 in that night and spent the rest of our time on Gears of War 2 and TF2. I really fancy doing one over a whole weekend to see how many games i could complete, but none of my friends are up for it!
Yesterday was 12 hours of Oblivion/ Counter /Strike Source... My record is 16 hours of various games nonstop (less stopping to eat and other necessities).
