What's this Gamerpic?

I recently added a player whose gamerpic constantly changes on its own. I asked him about it and he said it "steals" a gamerpic from someone on your friends list. He also said it was legit and he downloaded it from the xbox marketplace. Does anyone know what this is/where to get it?

I should note that his Gamerpic on xbox.com is always the same, it changes when you veiw his pic on your xbox.

The avatars on Xbox.com can be different from your GP on Xbox Live.

Its not that, the gamerpic changes to the EXACT same gamerpic as someone on my friends list. Most of my friends have their CUSTOM avatars as their pics and his changes to match theirs exactly. Sometimes it will take 4 of the gamerpics from my list and have them all on his (smaller versions obvs) He says he forgot what the dl pack was called

That happened to me when I downloaded the Command and Conquer 3 Nod Picture pack so it is most likely a glitched download or something similar.

Would it be possible to save a GIF to a USB drive and transfer it to your Xbox? I wonder how it would handle that...

It's from a Gears 2 picture pack, can't say which one.
It's bugged and doesn't show, and it pulls one that's already loaded in your cache.
Pretty sure it's been fixed.
