The one that isn't playing currently. I really can't stand Christmas songs. Probably because deep down I'm jealous that other people are happy :(

But anyway:

Probably because it's folksy and relatable and not just insipid, happy bullshit.
Beaten to it but nonetheless, this is also my favourite Christmas song because it's meaningful, sounds nice and it isn't 100% happy fun times (not that there's anything wrong with those, I love those songs too but they're every other Christmas song ever. It's nice to have a change).

Stop copying me =]

It gets under my skin for whatever reason, though I'd be very hard pressed to explain why it does so. I tend to listen to a lot of folky stuff around this time of year though.

Edit: Maybe it's the years of having difficult Xmases for various personal reasons I won't bore everyone with, or the fact I link this time of year with lots of whisky.

Anything off the twisted Sister Christmas album,it's all cheesy fun. Heavy Metal Christmas probably being my favorite of the bunch.

I just love their sound. It sounds so otherworldly, like a tale out of a fantasy novel rather than a Christmas song. And I like the song, because it is traditional enough that my family doesn't make a big fuss over "That's not Christmas" nonsense, but still doesn't get into the whole religious bollocks that I have little tolerance for.

This son is probably my favorite Christmas song because of how hardcore it is:

Hell. Yes.

Two-way tie between two former Beatles.

One makes me want to spread merriment. The other wants me to go volunteer at the Red Cross or Peace Core. I'll let you guys guess which one.

Cold Blooded Christmas by Jon Lajoie.
I hate Christmas songs in general, though... I sort of hate the holiday itself, like most holidays... Especially birthdays... I hate birthdays...

I don't celebrate Christmas (aside from the Jewish-American tradition of going out to eat Chinese food on Christmas Eve), but I love this song, and it's Christmassy, so...close enough?

And if that doesn't count (because there's no actual singing), then just take a random Trans-Siberian Orchestra song.

Everyone loves the TSO.

Even your own? :p

OT:

I also like most general Christmas songs like Rudolph and The Drummer Boy but for the sake of those who don't like those songs, I won't post them here.

The entire 8-bit Christmas album by Rush Coil...

(Those are kinda the top three songs from that album I tend to listen to the most...)

This one always reminds me of Christmas:

Mike Oldfield is an amazing musician and this always puts me in a festive mood.
