So, DC Comics is in the middle of a huge rebirth and all the comics have been surprisingly solid. That being said, my favorites are:
1. Green Lanterns (love Jessica Cruz and Simon Baz)
2. Superman and Action Comics
3. New Super-Man
4. Wonder Woman
5. Aquaman

What are your favorites?

Eh I am gonna miss the New 52 in that I felt it was a fresh start. I mean the comics line prior to Flashpoint/New 52 had Batman somehow immortal and lived from the dawn of time right to the beginning of when he first started became batman.

New 52 had some good series, Animal Man (still mad they canned it), Batman, Aquaman, but most of it was pretty trash.

What about Justice League itself?

I wasn't a huge fan. The issue with the new 52 I (and most other people) had is that it tried to be too dark and edgy.

Reading the very first Justice League comic did not gave me that impression. And I have read somewhat "edgy" DC comics in the few years before New 52.

I'm talking about the new 52 in general.

Green Arrow is pretty good so far.

I'm also interested in Superman as it has the same creative team from Batman and Robin which was one of my favourite series from the New 52.

As for the New 52 itself I didn't have any problem with it, pretty much all the main headlining series were fine in my opinion, the main reason so much of it was terrible was because they had seemingly a thousand different series going at the start, most of which didn't last beyond a few issues.

Rebirth in comparison is much more focused with fewer titles going at once though at the same time they don't have much that's unique or different as The New 52, mainly just focusing on the typical superhero set this time

It's still that timeline, just restoring some parts of the old timeline that were SORELY missed. Namely Wally West.

I've subscribed to a few series, and I'm really enjoying Batman and Detective Comics as well as Superman and Action Comics. I'm also enjoying the Flash and Titans. I'm still looking forward to the new series that have yet to come like Super Sons and Teen Titans. Justice League has barely gotten off the ground but it's intriguing so far. I'll pick up other series if I hear good word of mouth, but I'm about to be unemployed in a couple of weeks so I'm trying to limit the number of subscriptions I have. I really want to support this new direction though because so far it's doing pretty much everything right in my eyes.

Oh, they got rid of New52? I sorta gave up on DC comics some way into that.

Of course, we all knew New52 wouldn't last.

If you mean "got rid of" as in the books no longer have the words "New 52" printed in the upper corner of the cover then its been that way for quite a while now.

Otherwise like always its just been comics as usual, some good stories, some bad

I'm liking the main Batman series as well as Detective Comics. Superman is also pretty interesting, what with his son and all. And being from another universe.

Oh, and for the first time in a long time, I am enjoying the Flash! They brought back cool Wally West, the art isn't shit anymore, and they have a legitimately interesting story line.

As for Wonder Woman, I have no idea why they need to retell the origin story, but hey, it's not bad.

The Titans series is great, but awkward. They act the same way they did Pre-52, and you really have to wonder how they are going to reconcile all that.

This is still the 'new 52' version of the DC universe, they've just given it a refresh with a new bunch of issue Ones.

However I have to say none of them. One of the series I was enjoying was Lois and Clark, which was the pre-New 52 Superman living in the new reality. Somehow they when he's taken on the role of Superman in in the main titles, it's just not right. Something is wrong and I can't put my finger on it.

Nightwing having his blue and black outfit back instead of his shitty red one. bringing back classic Superman (new 52 Superman sucked), bringing back Atrocitus, and making Green Arrow and Black Canary a couple again.

Wasn't New 52 Superman written by both Grant Morrison and George Perez? (Both did Action Comics and Superman respectively)

They wrote for them for a while, but both comics switched creative teams so many times. Scott Lobdell even wrote for Superman in New 52.

I just realized all the issues relevent to the new 52 (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Justice League, etc. etc. etc.)

All ended at issue 52. Coincidence or did DC planned this from the beginning?

What is DC's obssession with the number 52?

52 the comic, Countdown, now this.

Just that there are 52 worlds in the DC multiverse. Don't think there is any reason for that specific number, just the one they chose.
