My favorite death was when I was walking in the wastland then out of nowhere two to three deathclaws sneaked up behind me. before I new it I was dead and my body exploded.

Hmmm... well, I never really like to die...
but... I suppose getting hacked limb-from-limb by various enemies is fun.

I don't have a favourite death exactly, but my favourite kill was when I entered one of the cabins near the foundry that has the behemoth caged up. A raider came running out of the bedroom so I used V.A.T.S and scored a critical hit with my Ripper and his head, arms, and legs exploded while his torso just pirouetted through the air spraying blood in slow motion.
Anytime when I have the Bloody mess perk and things explode from me just hitting them with a bat.
Sneaking an EMP grenade into someone's pants, and then watching them explode into 6 parts while one fire.
I don't know exactly what hit me, but something blew up beneath me, and I flew (all limbs except my left leg intact) over one of those 6-story buildings in D.C and saw missing textures everywhere. I then proceeded to faceplant on an invisible wall and plummit back to Earth.

The time a glitch caused my dead body to fly at light speed across the wasteland after I fast traveled. I'm still wondering how the hell that happened.
Placing multiple mines on top of Tenpenny Tower and then blowing them all up while my limbless ragdoll for a body goes flying across the wasteland like a kite.

I died by Feral Ghoul Reaver. It hit me and I got flung from one side to the other. Well the torso did.
I was fighting a deathclaw and when it was at half health he shot up in the sky, thinking i was in the clear i went on with doing my quest then 30 seconds later he lands right on top of me and kills me on the spot, never saw it coming
