I was a big DBZ fan way back in the day, and I guess part of me can still still appreciate the over the top combat and cheesy dialog.
The last DBZ game I played was Budokai 3, and for some reason I just started thinking about DBZ again and am curious to see the majority favorite. I've come to realize that I'm never going to find perfection in a Dragon Ball Z game... and that's okay. My one problem with the DBZ games has always been the way the stories always revolve around the show. I understand why it does this, but the problem is that it goes against a rule I have about playing video games. I don't play video games based on TV shows and movies. I CAN play franchises and the like as long as the story doesn't mimic the material. KOTor is a good example: it carries the Star Wars license but the story is it's own (unless from an over-looked book or graphic novel which is still okay in my eyes)
(cough) anyways... what's your favorite game? what defines the Dragon Ball Z experience for you?
