I'm a picky eater and admittedly I don't eat as healthy as I should. However to balance that out I make sure I snake on my most favorite healthy foods as often and try avoiding that bag of chips.Such as apples, broccoli, and carrots. Perhaps mushrooms though I'm not sure if there healthy. It seems to work as I've been doing nothing but losing weight, went from 180 to 140.

So escapist favorite healthy foods?

I like mangoes. Delicious. Cucumbers are also tasty and posses few calories. (Almost zero)

Also is that 180 to 140 in pounds or kilograms? (If you don't mind me asking)
Pounds, being a American and all we still haven't caught up with the new system and all that.

This is all I need. It's literally fruit in a bottle and tastes delicious.
I also like being naked but that isn't really on topic!

OT: Fruit is king. Blueberries/strawberries especially.

Broccoli, asparagus, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes. I like quite a lot of healthy foods. My real problem is I also love meat and utterly loathe exercise.

Carrots for me, are Bananas and Strawberries healthy to? I've been eating stuff like that instead of junk food. I also cut caffine out of my diet and try not to drink anything with unnecessary calories. I've been doing this for the last couple of months and went from 220 lbs. to (According to the scale today) 164 lbs. I need to exercise more though...

Oh okay then.
Also, it might be weird but I don't like mangoes. (Yes, yes, everyone else also thinks I'm a freak)

Green peas.

Especially when they're frozen. They're the perfect food to snack on while gaming.

Quinoa.

Has a rather unique taste and texture (think more exciting rice), easy to cook, and has a helluvalot of protein. I also think it fits well with many meals, vegetarian or otherwise.

Granny Smith Apples.

Are potatoes considered healthy? I love me some spuds.

I recently tried tofu and that wasn't too bad either

This is gonna make my midwest show, but I love me some veggies mixed in with casserole (or hotdish, if you're from around here and like to say it the RIGHT way). Peas, carrots, corn, green beans, lima beans, mixed with stroganoff.

I eat just about anything edible. I'm not picky, except that I hate lettuce on my sandwhiches and in my salad.

My favorite healthy food....grapefruits....I guess?
