What's your favorite insignificant topic?

Also, there are probably two big ones that people want to mention here but please don't because that will get this thread locked.

Sports sports is your whole life just sports? (That's a common saying on a sports talk radio show where I live).

Watching my Minnesota Vikings get their asses handed to them against some of the worst teams in the NFL always gets my blood boiling. Then I look over and see that my Fantasy Football team is equally getting their asses handed to them, making my bad day a shitty day. Then I cry myself to sleep that night.

I realize sports are about as insignificant as you can possibly get but still...

Since you're a big sports guy, I'm curious about your thoughts on Burr's comments about women trying to infiltrate and ruin the NFL.

I think that's still safe and won't get this thread locked but I guess we'll see.

I think he's a comedian making a harmless joke.

It's an event that happened in history but it is not a historical event. Arguably it is somewhat significant because maritime laws changed and the richest man in the world died on board, but the effects of WWI easily overshadow that.
