What's your favorite racing game?

For me, it's Rush 2 on the N64. I don't know what exactly was so charming about it, but I was addicted to it.

I don't have a favorite home racing game since aside from Mario Kart there aren't very many I can get into, but I love racing games in arcades.
I'm just awful at them, but god help me I love them.

If you don't know what Motorhead is then your life is poorer for it, the fastest game ever created, faster than wipEout on Phatom class.

Wipeout Pulse, if it had the ability to build or customize your own racer then it would be THE racing game. It does everything right in regards to racing games.

Another game that comes that mind would would be both Extreme G 1 & 2 for the N64. t was like Mario Kart, but EXTREME. However, I hated Extreme G 3, despite there not really being anything wrong with its premise.
