Whats your favourite Bankai Bleach

I just wanted to know what everyones favorite bankai and/or shi-kai is.

my favourite shi-kai is Soi Fong's "Suzumebachi" and my bankai would have to be Mayuri's "Giant poison angel baby type thing"

edit: also, what the hell is "shikai" and "bankai"?
