Golden Sun has one of the best soundtracks in any game I've ever played.

The kickass villain that is Saturos can only become more awesome with his theme.
Golden Sun: Saturos' Battle Theme

Here's his normal version:

And here's a remixed version. Full of awesomeness.

Here's Jenna's theme

And Felix's

Isaac's Battle Theme

And a remixed version

Edit: Sorry, but I wanted to show some more awesome game music, couldn't help myself :)
Anyways, this is from a flash game, actually, called Fear Unlimited. It's kind of like if they made Devil May Cry into flash, it steals a bunch of stuff. However, the music is freaking awesome.

This'll entertain more of the metal-heads in the group.

I was under the impression it was just character themes. This is hands down the greatest song in any video game ever.
I don't mind if it's not character themes though I should change the title

Self Explanatory Original
Ocremix.org (The site where Extra Credits gets their music)
Another Ocremix of the same song.

There's plenty more, but I'm just going to go with those two. Check out the site yourself.

Gotta pick one from Phoenix Wright...

I'm gonna go with this one.
Ace Attorney's closest approximation to "boss music", it essentially plays during the very last cross examination of a case, meant to enforce that feeling of "You've ALMOST got him, just catch him up in one more lie"
