I'm asking this because at the moment I'm trying to fill out a job application form, and its very difficult when you have a spot on your writing arm's armpit, which is a lot more painful than it sounds.

So whats your most recent very painful experience?

Biopsy on my face. They had to cauterize it before they could close it. That includes the part they couldn't numb. Hurts like hell to even blink, however the painkillers are awesome.

Posssible imflammation in my left wrist. Working as a cashier at the local, very busy, mall grocery store isn't fun in that scenario.

And don't get me started on pushing shopping carts.

Ok, so it's not the worst problem, but it hurt...

Well I scraped my upper arm on a broken off rusty pipe, cut right through the skin, hopefully it makes a manly scar so it's worth the pain :p

I managed to get a tiny piece of wire lodged under the nail of my left index finger, and I only noticed it yesterday. Removing it wasn't very pleasant. I'd love to know where it came from..

I had a mentally painful experience today. For school, I had to write 125 words without using any word more than once.

Took me half an hour and I still only got to 94. :(

Just a couple of weeks ago I slipped at home, and I know the big toe on my right foot bent more than it should have, because whenever I bump it now I am suddenly feeling the exact intense pain that I felt when I damaged it. Also, since I damaged my foot, my balance is not what it used to be.

One of those cooling things filled with gel that you freeze and then put into cooler bags sliped from it's shelf (the topmost one, a little higher then my head) in the freezer when i opened it, dived about 2 metres and with laser-guided precision landed on my unprotected little toe. Attack it's weak point for massive damage FTW

I fell out of a tree. My leg got cut up really bad on the way down and I landed with my arm out and it got severely hyper-extended. To make things worse, it was getting dark and I wasn't entirely sure where I was so I limped in the wrong direction for about half a mile.

I was putting a piece of salmon into a frying pan while cooking and it slipped out of my hands, sending a spray of boiling hot butter into my face. That was about two, maybe three weeks ago, and the marks from the blisters on my forehead are more or less gone now. Heh... It's a good thing I've got glasses, really, 'cause most of it ended up hitting the right lens of my glasses. Could've been really bad otherwise.

I've got a high tolerance for pain, though, so really, it wasn't that bad. The blisters were pretty minor, too.

But yeah, that's how the masters cook... with their faces...

Lamp post vs my face... Cycling along happily on my mountainbike, gears have been acting up so I'm looking down and adjusting them as I pedal, then I look up and WHAM! - burst lip, scratched face, spitting blood and looking stupid. It was one of those that you just have to stop and sit down for a bit, but my bike is fine, not even a scratch.
