So, what do you think about them?
Do you think that these people have the right to riot?
Do you think that they are sick, greedy human beings?
Do you think that some Libyan TV presenter loyal to Gaddafi is controlling the riots using his power over spirits?

Do you even care!?

(i do, it's just that some people won't)

EDIT: Some people think i'm just joking about the Libyan TV presenter, but i'm deadly serious.

The rioters, and looters both, are poor excuses for human beings and I am ashamed that groups of people will brazenly submit to broad daylight looting just by taking advantage of what was originally a peaceful protest. This is not a country where they are rioting against the government or against society, they are rioting for the sake of it and looting and activly ruining lives and destroying businesses because they can.
They are all scum and should be beaten with very large bits of metal for their idiocy and for being generally douches in a supposed civilised 1st world country.

The events outside of London even more so.

Personally I blame videogames for some random irrelevant reason...
No wait thats politicans attempting to gain popularity over people who can't think for thenselves.
Well it started off with a black guy, being killed by a cop. Yes he was black. But was he a father of four? Or a drug dealer? Or both?
Then the rioters say, their rioting due to police brutality... yeah thats a good way to go about it. Make violence to solve violence, because its worked 100% for the last several thousand years. Poisionous hypocrites. And ones who aren't are natural victims. Getting their lively hood fucked up for oxymoronic reasoning, or just without the oxy.

living proof that facebook and twitter are used for the wrong reasons

I'm ashamed that this is the state of society, and recommend bringing back the stocks and pillory as punishments. (with nearly 1000 arrests in London alone we can't send them all to prison)

They are just looters masquerading as rioters and even then they seem to be out to do nothing but steal shit and burn places to the ground.

Stealing T.Vs "oh its political"
Stealing Tesco Value Basmati Rice "Its Political"

Just because you say its political doesnt make it political.

I still hate Cameron and his speeches just so full of crap as he praises the police whos forces he is wrecking with his cuts.

In Montreal there have been several riots over stupid stuff like hokey so they should be aloud to riot with an actual reason in the U.K.

Like there's any stance you can take on the riots other than "bunch of fucktards abusing a peaceful protest to cause chaos".

EDIT: An explanation, to the best of my knowledge, of the events that have unfolded over the last few days.

Man gets shot by police in Tottenham. I don't know all the details, but I heard he was armed, shot at police and was shot back.

Peaceful protest arises, something about anti-guns according to my friend, although I heard it was because friends and family of the man didn't get any information regarding his shooting. Fair enough, they should be let known as soon as possible what's happened, especially considering they shot him dead.

Bunch of fucktards, the usual kind that ruin peaceful protests (Look at 'student' riot footage from earlier this year/last year, can't remember when it was exactly, but it's clear that most of the people causing damage were not a part of the protest, and were also not part of a university) came and began smashing stuff, using the protest as an excuse.

Escalated to the point people could loot without problem. Then Facebook caught wind of it and now everyone with any kind of thuggish mind wants to go and cause chaos in their home towns and cities, with the (rather poor) excuse no longer even applying. They're just doing it because other towns are doing it.

I heard my home town, Stafford, may have been hit, although haven't been able to confirm it yet.

Rioting is far different then looters...

Personally....open fire....You could have protest instead youre endangering other peoples lives homes businesses and welfare as you go about burning and looting as you please.

Gun them down....

Also....How did this happen?
All I know is....riots and shits on fire...

Oh, police gunned down a man with a gun (who i think was shooting at them), so people see this as an excuse to fuck everything up.

Pretty simple, Pricks being Pricks.

So, what do you think about them?
It's rediculous. What kind of people would just go out and steal stuff en mass like the neighborhood is their fucking supermarket?

Do you think that these people have the right to riot?
Is there an underlying cause to these? Probably. Britain has some serious social issues to adress if this kind of thing can even escalate ot this level in the first place. But do these people have the right to riot and loot their fellow man? Fuck no.

Do you think that they are sick, greedy human beings?
Yes, they sicken me.

Do you think that some Libyan TV presenter loyal to Gaddafi is controlling the riots using his power over spirits?
Duh.

But it's not an actual reason any more. The original peaceful protests were about the unfortunate police shooting of a man from London. The rioters then deliberately hi-jakced the protest and started all this off. They aren't rioting for the original reason any more. The riots over the rest of the country even more so.

It just makes me sad to be alive. Sad that people would riot and loot like this and sad that people would be like "gun those fuckers down WOOT AMERICAN WAY MOTHERFUCKS!"

This shit just crushes my spirit, tbh

It's all just an excuse to loot and vandalise.
I know a lot of people might not realise, but the UK is in a pretty terrible state - not a lot of employment, people are getting poorer, and in todays society poor=desperate. The rioters are venting their frustrations, only an idiot would claim that they have justification. I've been called out for using 'only an idiot...', but in this case, you'd have to be bloody retarded to think that rioting over the police doing their job is justified. The authorities aren't even surprised, this has been brewing for a while now. When the economy takes a nose dive and the government doesn't appear to be doing much to help the general population, well it's only a matter of time before things vent.

The bottom line, is that the police did the right thing, but it's convenient to loot right now and blow things out of proportion to justify that. If a criminal who's known to be violent and armed drives up my street, I hope the police shoot him.

I can't be asked to go into detail of discussing this right now, I've already said it in an exact copy of this thread. Anywho.
So, what do you think about them? Justified. David Cameron's fault, we should have elected Labor or liberal Democrats instead.
Do you think that these people have the right to riot? Yes. Most definitely, although threatening innocent people on the streets and burning out cars is a step too car.
Do you think that they are sick, greedy human beings? Not at all, with the recent cuts in funding they've now got even few opportunity's to improve their lives. How are they meant to afford university - and hence a good job, with all the damned cuts?
Do you think that some Libyan TV presenter loyal to Gaddafi is controlling the riots using his power over spirits? I'm sorry I must have misread that WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!?

Do you even care!? Well yeah, it's happening to my country, and although I have no patriotic pride, it still bugs me greatly to see the government only blaming it on 'being a failed generation' etc and I feel we simply wouldn't have these problems if the conservatives weren't in power.

I don't think they have the right to destroy other people's lives and businesses. Most of them, if not all, are only doing it because they have nothing better to do and think it's fun. It sickens me.

It's really getting out of hands now; they never had the rights to riot in the first place. All of the looters are just dicks who should all be punish for looting and ruining other people businesses.
It really pissed me off that it happens in Manchester since it's a place I often visit (granted it isn't as bad compare to London.)
I'm just wondering why they haven't use tear gas by now? Seriously if you don't want to get hurt then don't join in!!

Total arseholes who have realised that they can get away with doing this without reprecussion.

I feel sorry for the police, the second they take it to the level everyone is crying for the media will run thousands of police brutality stories and some of them will end up fired/in jail. Would love to see how long the looting lasts once plastic bullets are used though :D
