When is it not ok to troll?

I don't care if you troll or not, but if you use the internet at all, you will encounter trolls. Its as unavoidable as rule 34.
My question to you, is what do you consider "bad form" or "going too far" in regards to trolling?
Please do not say "everything, trolling is stupid" or "nothing, everything can and should be trolled". If you REALLY have to, please give a good justification.

I think the only time it is not ok to troll, is immediately after a horrible event involving alot of death.
After several years, people will eventually become desensitized to the event, and trolling can commense.
I also don't like it when things I really love, are trolled, but that is obviously personal bias.

Is not the whole point of trolling to go to far and engage in bad form? Yes, sometimes it's more extreme than others, but the intent is the same.

I don't see the point in trolling. When you have a way to exchange opinions with people from all over the world, it seems sort of dumb to just want people to start posting insults. I guess trolls are just people who don't think they have interesting enough opinions to actually contribute to a thread.

Gave him a three part response afterward, spammed his profile with a different one until he blocked that one, and decided to make his profile invisible and all his videos private. Successful trolling.

I generally only troll when dealing with other trolls or people who are just assholes or who I find as assholes. I don't troll everyone. I make friends with some people and make enemies/troll other people.

I don't think trolling is okay in any context to be honest, you can get your point across without being an ass, unless, in my opinion, the person himself is being an ass and deserves to be trolled.
