When you hit 10k,

Ive been seeing a lot of people making 10k post celebration threads (Hubilub, Furburt, etc) and I started thinking about what I might do for a 10k celebration thread (if I even feel like doing one.).

I started thinking about doing my first game review when I hit 10k. Not a "story of my life...On Escapist" god no that would probably just be "posting ,posting ,posting, watching videos, posting, posting ,posting , posting in a group chat!!!"

But what about you? would you do something when you hit 10k posts? what do you have in mind?

I've got few random crazy story Ideas. I've got one for 1000 and perhaps 5000 but don't expect much from 10k, then again that will be in like at least a year so maybe.

It's a number and lately the celebrations have been more annoying in my eyes then anything else. Mainly because I saw a friend's 2k celebation thread get locked while these are all going around and ging unlocked. I suppose it's just a chip on my shoulder, but I think it is kinda silly.

Probably review something and talk about experiences and friends I liked on the Escapist (I'll say this: NeutralDrow is getting a lot of gushing). Hell, I'm planning to do this at 5k, since I have my doubts about reaching 10k.

I most likely will shrug/smirk/reflect on the people I knew at the start on this site and then go play Assassins Creed 7, because I am cool and edgy that way.

10,000 posts is a real long way off for me.
Hell, 5,000 posts is a long way off.

I guess I'd just post a normal one, realise I've gone over 10k posts and edit in a 'Woo! 10,000th post!'

Probably nothing. Celebrating my post count feels pointless and egotistical. If I have a review ready around the time I hit 10k then maybe I'll post that for my 10k post. or maybe not. I really don;t care about my post count.


Odds are by the time I hit 10k it won't even be a big deal anymore.
