Where do people get the Escapist avatars?

I have seen quite a few Avatars and Animation Avatars witht eh Escapist e symbol in them and now That the MM tournament is on I have been seeing quite a few avatars with the MM in them. Where do people get these avatars? (I made mine myself but want ones that look as clean and official as the ones I see)

They made my Darker Than Black, my old Bayonetta, and enlarged this to 100x100.
