I have been playing WoW since back in the early days of the game. I don't play as much as I used to, especially since my guild disbanded. I will probably give it up completely when the Old Republic comes out.

What about you Escapists?

The options are just the ones I know so I don't really know how popular each of these are.

Knight Online and EVE Online

Knight Online I play pretty rarely nowadays and I only play EVE Online by making a new trial account every once in a while

Currently, Dungeon Fighter Online. Quite fun and all. I definitely like the combo system.

Aion, it's a bit of a grinfest but I like it. I play Guild Wars occasionally too.

I'm also in the FF:XIV Beta, yet I haven't actually played it because the servers are fucking awful, and I'm currently downloading the Lord of the Rings Online Beta to see if it's any good, from the videos I've seen, it looks kinda shit. I want to try TOR out too, and that Lego Universe thing.

I play and have always played WoW.

-Tried AION. I really enjoyed it through the beta but was so disheartened when my characters got deleted when it went live that i gave up on it.
-Tried FFXI. That game is far too unfriendly. I tried talking to people and all i got was either Japanese text or 'i don't talk English' from the auto-translator, not helpful on a game where you practically can't advance without the help of other people.
-Tried LOTRO. I found it to be very 'meh', but then i'm not a big Tolkien fan to begin with.
-Tried Guild Wars. Didn't like the cap at 20.
-Tried Champions Online. Too easy to gimp yourself if you don't spec right, but with credit to the game world it is fairly amusing, particularly the PVP but again as long as you don't gimp yourself and people don't use cheap tactics like burrowing or flying away.
-Tried Age of Conan. That game is, unbelievably still buggy as hell for me. And if you go on a PVP server, prepare to truly know the meaning of the word 'griefed'. Oh, and some talent trees are still FUBAR'd. I can't count the amount of times my 60-something Necro got his gameplay mechanics completely rehauled.
-Tried EVE online. Slow, dull, mundane. Avoid.

I would love to try APB, when i can afford it. A shooter-based MMO is my sort of thing, though i do understand it's light on content. Still, i've always enjoyed the cops n' robbers thing so i would like to give it a go.

Dragonica, D&D: unlimited & every Perfect World Entertainment MMORPG (except Ether Saga (which refuses to work for some weird reason)).

FFXI, though not at the moment. I turned it off when I went off to school and haven't picked it up again yet because I haven't bought the most recent expansions. It's one of the few MMO's I've liked so far, except for needing an entire group of people to do just about ANYTHING.

Shaiya, it was a free hold over until I started playing FFXI again. It was alright for a little while, but I had to stop because the inflation, horribly unbalanced gaming mechanics, and rampant douche bags gave me more of a headache than the game was worth (yes, even being free).

I played WoW for a long time, got bored.

I played CoH for a while, got bored.

I played EVE online, subscription was too bloody high and didn't have enough ISK for a PLEX.

I play Runes of Magic on and off now.
