Which studio could make a modern Breath of Fire game iyo?

There are lots of game studios that could do it,Level 5,From Software,Camelot Software Planning,Atlus,Nihon Falcom,etc...but i strongly feel that....prepare yourselves....BioWare could somehow do it.The characters and the story and all...
