My choices are Xbox 360 and PS4 versions of the game.
The pros for 360 version:
Save game from DAO and DAII

The pros for PS4 version:
Better graphical quality
Need more games for the system

So which version should I get?

Neither, Dragon age Inquisition is a trap. At least wait until it is out and the "glitter" has worn of and people are actually reviewing it in a critical way instead of "omg so awesome" or "omg so crap"

If you are a PC player play it on PC. If you are not a PC gamer and game is classic cRPG its going to be pain in the behind.

I suspect the choices you made in DA2 will have as much impact in Inquistion, as the choices you made in DA:O had in DA2. Which is to say, fucking none at all. They'll probably retcon some more stuff while they're at it.

I say go for the PS4, that's what I'm doing.

I think word on the street is that Inquisition won't support straight up importing at all, instead managing imports through a website called Dragon Age Keep that Bioware are currently working on. Said site will allow you to generate save states the way you want them, and will then probably link up to your console so you can pull the world state straight from the web.

As such my vote would be for PS4, gotta get that new console experience, right?

Or decide for yourself if you think the game looks promising enough to spend money on. I haven't ever cared about reviews, neither user nor professional ones. I buy games because they interest me, not someone else, and it's worked out pretty damn good so far, as I can't remember the last time I bought a game I wasn't happy with paying the asking price for. As for DAI, there's plenty of gameplay videos floating around youtube, and with me being of the opinion that Bioware still hasn't produced a bad game (Mass Effect 1 and Dragon Age Origins are a bit weak though) I feel that I am pretty much gonna be satisfied with my purchase of a Dragon Age Inquisition Collectors Edition

I would wait and see just what kind of affects a carried over game is going to actually have.

Are we looking at Mass Effect type of carry over? Go 360
Are we looking at minimal or no carry over? Go PS4

To me, that's the biggest factor in determining where you go but I suppose it depends on how much that matters to you.

I second this idea. If it reads your save file and makes those choices from the first two games matter, then finish the trilogy on the 360.

However, I believe I read that they are offering some sort of "Mass Effect 2 comic" thing for Dragon Age III (yes, that's what I'm calling it). They give you a bunch of choices, and you decide how things went in the previous two games, and the game builds itself around those choices. I can't remember if they said that you'll still have the option to just import, or if you're going to be forced to do this. If this is the case, I would say the PS4 version.

Depending on how good this game is in my opinion, I may end up getting both a PS3 and PS4 version. Hopes are high for me.
