I choose the Mass Effect Universe for the exploration of it's entire galaxy, which is truly astounding. Also I can get past the ridiculous amount of invisible walls and punch every single news reporter I see. Oh, and if I ever meet Tali, I would take her mask of by force whether she likes it or not to finally see what she looks like behind that mask...

How about you? What video game do you want to live in? Imaging what it would be like...

I thought I'd pick some fantasy world until I had a look through my Steam list.
Now I think I want to live in the Sam&Max universe.

It's just the mix of light hearted fun and Max's psychotic side.

A close runner up is the Deus Ex world.
Human Revolution has the bonus of civilization at its height and robot arms, but then there's the drug addiction.
In the original there's the fact that augmentation has advanced, but civilization has pretty much collapsed.

I also considered Magicka, but then I'll probably be blown up by a psychotic wizard in red if they way I play is any indicator.

Definitely Sam&Max.

Mass Effect would be cool especially the never dieing unless Shepard wants you to. A bunch of Japanese games if you know what I mean uhh man I know there are others but I don't feel like looking them up.

Assassins Creed (or I could just move to Italy)
or the Mass Effect Universe, where punching people doesn't seem to land you in trouble!

As long as they don't screw me over somehow,(which they definitely will..) I'd enjoy that as well, they are quite funny. Actually, I'd like to be Flint's assistant.
Actually, tf2 would be fun as well. You can't really die, and I'd get engie to make me some cool weapons. Become some new awesome class.

I would pick The Sims. Yeah. It would be awesome.

I think another choice of mine would be the world of Persona 3 minus the trips to Tartarus.

Hmm. I'd want to live on Earth in the Mass Effect Universe.

I'd want to live in the world of Vanquish as an everyday citizen, just so I can see what happens with the space Russians.

Oh, I'd want to be one of the guys who were part of Catherine!

I think I'd want to try living as an elf in the Dragon Age universe. A bland average elf.

Lastly, I'd want to try living in the world of Pokemon, but I'd bring some guns and tactical nukes so I can crown myself emperor of the world. :D

As it's unlikely I'll be anyone superbly special in any universe, I'll go for Mass Effect, where the technology is great, the life is generally comfortable, and I'll have some really excellent scientific equipment. Think of the 3-D molecular modeling! It would be so beautiful, Enzyme kinetics and drug dispersion in the body could be monitored in real time. ..... Scientific collaboration between species. Wow.

Hm so hard to decide...

The world of Pokemon has always been appealing to me, it might be fun to be a trainer.

The Elder Scrolls world seems interesting, but I don't think I'd want to live there full time.

I might like to live in the Tales of Symphonia Universe, Tethe'alla rather than Sylvarant though, the idea of being pillaged by the Desians every other day doesn't sound like much fun.

The world of either Ocarina of Time or the Wind Waker might also be cool.

When you think about it living in a video game world might not be that great, seeing as though you'd be threatened by malevolent forces and evil villains all the time. And if you're not the protagonist you're probably going to die. It's really a harsh living the NPCs in a video game face.

Just out of curiosity.. Did no one grow up here wanting to be a Jedi or Sith...

Therefore why is the Star Wars universe not the first option?

However the main question is, Knights of the old republic era or Vader era...

The problem is that you pick that, and you end up being someone with no midichlorians and have to work in the slums of the city.

World of Warcraft, if I really do get to just spirit-res when I die. All I can do is get stronger and accumulate more stuff. It's the American dream! Also, my extensive knowledge of the lore could probably be put to good use somehow.

For that matter, the upcoming Guild Wars 2 and TERA both look REALLY (to the nth power) awesome. I wouldn't mind living in those worlds too.

Also the Mass Effect universe, but only if I get to be on the one team in the whole galaxy that doesn't blow, Shepard's. Bonus points if it's lady-Shep and she totally jumps into my lap. I think I would be a vanguard-type because hey, it's fun.

Psychonauts, because I'm a psychic secret agent. No further explanation needed.

I wouldn't want to live in any video game world. They never have any bathrooms, and the ones that do typically have flesh-eating monsters inside.

Totally was thinking of a LittleBigPlanet universe, but yeah, I agree. Pokémon WOULD be the best. ... You know, as long as you weren't one of the people who have to stand still until you see someone to fight.

I would say Assassin's Creed but I might as well live in Italy.

So I guess I would say Pokemon since I can train the critters to do my bidding!

Final Fantasy 7, 13, or 10.
7 to live in Midgar,
13 because everything is completely beautiful, form the huge grassy plains to the amusement parks.
10, because of basically the same reason. And it would be fun to watch blitzball.
