I thoroughly enjoyed it when I did play it, although I haven't played it since it was in closed beta. It's a fun game and worth checking out, and I'm sure I'll play it some more sometime, but for now I have other things I'd rather play.

The "talent tree" is nearly useless.
Mobility too overpowered, to the point where if you have not mastered how to perfectly run around at breakneck speeds and dip and dodge around map objects...you might as well not even play.
Lack of interesting weapons. Basically everyone just goes AR/TOW, unless they want to be REALLY cheap and just use the REV/GL.
Every fight is the same, fire your TOW, dodge strafe around...repeat.
The feel is there, the combat is "ehhh", and the upgrade/customization systems are HORRIBLE. Customization should be priority 1 in a mech combat game, instead they charge $10 for shitty 50% paint job that any idiot with MSPAINT could whip up in about 10 minutes.
Right now, in OB I'd score the game about a 3.5 out of 10. It needs major improvements.
I dissagree its like 5 bucks for a whole mech that you can get in 3 to 7 days of average play time. the weapons you earn through levels and the paint you dont even have to have. But it does need improving I do agree but thats why its betaZenn3k said:

I played a bit of the early beta, I hated it. I barely felt any difference between the classes, aside from the sniper class. Everyone had ToWs and the entire gameplay was simply fire your tow, repeat. Might be better now but I couldn't care enough to try again.
