Who IS that guy?

Okay, this has been driving me crazy. In several of Mr Crowshaw's reviews, there appears a man, often in conjunction with words like "bland" or "captain monotonous."

Please... before I go postal at the nearby creche, can someone tell me who the hell that guy is?

I think it's just one of those stock pictures advertisers can buy from WeHoardPictures LLC. Which means Yahtzee either paid for it, or stole it through Google and assumes, as I often do, that even if the company catches you they aren't going to be able to tell if you paid for it or not so will just let it alone.
