I chose Otis from Dead Rising.
I swear to God I cannot go 5 minutes without that black asshole bugging me about some retard running around that mall that I should go save. Not only that but while you are on the walkie-talkie with him you cannot jump or kill zombies. So you're pretty much a sitting duck while you are talking with him. Also, when you cut him off he calls you right back saying "Hey don't cut me off like that. It's rude." Not only is he annoying but towards the end he jacks a helicopter and leaves your ass along with a note saying "I hope you don't think I'm a coward."
Fuck you Otis.

my friends little brother was watching some new sonic cartoon and there was some bee furry-type character thing that sounded like a riddelin-addicted trouble child with nails scraping on a chalkboard for a voice. im not sure on the name, but my god, I was in the room for 3 minutes and this thing would not shut the hell up. I don't know who the voice actor is, but i hope they get in an accident which renders their voicebox useless.

Misa Amane from Death Note.
Its bad enough that shes a giggly J-Pop creature that ruins one of the only fantastic anime series out there but they went one step further including her in the animated version and give her a shrill horrid voice that feels like your ear is being raped by a elephant wearing a sandpapaer condom soaked in gasoline and wraped in barbed wire that forces you to switch the audio to japanese just to give a big enough feel of cultural difference.

She is to Death Note to what JarJar is to Star Wars, an absolutely annoying character set to appeal to one demographic (JarJar=Kids Misa=anyone with a Y cromasome)and makes everyone else cough up blood from all the constant cursing that single handedly ruins what was once a great franchise.
