I am pretty sure that we have all met many weird and bizarre characters in video games, my number one strangest character is oocoo from Zelda twilight pricess, oocoo is like an alien and bird hybrid, just looking at him makes you feel weird, let me know who is the most weird character you have ever met, would be nice if you post a photo too, here is oocoo.

Voldo from Soul Calibur. He looks like an escaped gimp and moves and sounds like he's possessed by a rapist, snake demon.

I didn't realise it, but Oocoo is very messed up. I was more upset by it's function as it was essentially an autosave, but why it needed to be quite so enigmatic is beyond me. I saw a review of ICO or Shadow of the Colossus which drew attention to the flickering menu screen, that being a nod to necessary mechanics that break the character of the rest of the game being reduced to interference.
