who is the second most evil person in history to you?

I chose second because I'm pretty damn sure killing 12 million people because "they are not like me" is pretty much as evil as you can get, and I don't want everyone putting down Hitler. anyway, for me it was Dr. Antonio Moniz, who invented the lobotomies. his practice was wide spread(used by parents to make an unruly child more.. um, ruly and husbands on wives who had a brain and a heart) until it was outlawed by the soviet union in the 50's. that's the equivalent Hitler and Satan agreeing firmly that you're an ass and giving you a firm kick in the nads. he was killed by one of his own patience, who was probably seeking revenge for having a piece of his brain removed. he got a noble peace prize for it to, proving that all you have to do to get one is to turn people into zombies(basically what a lobotomy did).

I'd have to say...

Gertrude Baniszewski. She is the most disgusting, terrible woman I've ever heard of and she makes me sick every time I think of her.

For those who don't know about her, she enlisted the help of the neighbourhood children in torturing two girls who she had taken into her home. One of them died.

She tied one of the girls to a bed and then forced her to insert a coke bottle into her vagina while carving the words 'I'm a prostitute and proud of it' into her abdomen with a red-hot sewing needle.

Well, since this is about the second most evil person, I'm gonna say someone who everyone hates for generally being a jerk and but didn't kill anybody.
And that person would be Michael Atkinson.

Just kidding. The evilest person in the world, to me, is Hitler. Statistically, Hitler would be less evil than Stalin (my number 1) since Stalin killed more than Hitler. Atkinson would probably be somewhere in the 20s.
