Completely paranoid (with good damn reason),genius computer scientist and hacker, while also being quite the bookworm. That dude created an AI that can watch you every hour of every day to act as a counterterrorism prevention measure, and then took all measures possible to prevent the misuse of such technology. His machine could detect all premeditated crimes, not just terrorism, so he decided to deal with crimes irrelevant to national security.
