So I got a new laptop for Christmas and I want to use the TV feature in Windows Media Center. Now I know that there is two types of TV tuners, internal PC type and USB types. Now I've heard some pretty horrible things about the USB type of tuner,lag and such but could anybody point me in the right direction with what to buy?

Vista 64 bit
320gig hard drive
Intel core two duo
nvidia 512MB Geforce 9300M GS.
