Well, my list is set RPG style, so watch out!

Main attacker: This one takes me a bit of thinking, but I go for Snake from 4. He can virtually THINK his ammo into full again, has the octo camo, and . . well . . . he's SNAKE

Secondary Attacker: Someone with some range . . . capable of extreme movements, and able to blend like Snake. Hmm . . . Alright, it has to be a badass too . . . Ok, second member is Alex Mercer.

Healer: Ok, now this might seem cliche, but it is nessicary to have a healer in any truly capable party. So . . . Rena from Star Ocean Second Story.

Dark Magick Caster: Someone that's capable of doing some serious damage . . . hmm . . . let's see, this might take some time too. Oh, I know, Lucario!

There we go, so, once more, here's the cast.

Secondary Attacker: Alex Mercer.
Healer: Rena

Alakazam - massively powerful psychic pokemon, plus the ability to teleport for team transportation
The Arbiter - tactical awareness, leadership skills, effective warrior, and active camouflage.
