It's a photo of a painting (presumably). I'm certain the style is familiar to me, but when I tried to think of what it reminded me of, I couldn't come up with anything better than a bizarre mashup of Barlowe and Bosch.
It's still nibbling me, though. Does anyone know who the artist is?
