Simple enough, really. Newer, shinier religions took all the good bits from Zoroastrianism then slaughtered the practitioners. It's one of those "remove the competition" deals, but with an added dose of genocide.

I've never even heard of this religion, I'm pretty sure that quite a lot of people haven't (it sure as hell isn't a well known religion if you had to place an explanitory link just so we'd know what we're going on about).

In which case I'm pretty sure there isn't any widespread hate or stigmatism.

So in answer to your question 'what did these guys ever do to you?' (don't know how to quote in the middle of a post), nothing. Absolutly nothing, and they probably will do nothing to me in future.

Zorastrianism is quite closely linked to Judaism, basically another branch of it.
