I'm just really curious why/how people chose their forum names.

I chose mine because Orannis is the villain in the Abhorsen series of books.

Hmm , good question , I guess I chose Phantom because that's what I use for pretty much everything. I could have probably gotten it without the numbers , but in everything else I end up having to use the numbers , so now I just use the numbers.

No clue, when i was creating it i was big on the word "resistance" and 205 goes back to the days when i still had a bebo account. I picked a name that wasn't available, so i tired adding 1 then 2 etc.. then eventually i just got bored and typed "205" and they just stuck

Avida - i was wanting a new name and ive always liked short, unique names that sound good and have no numbers, i saw the advert for coldplay's album and lived the sound of the title, why not

Iron Chef + Ninja = Iron Ninja.

Note: Not a metalic Ninja.

I just thought "The Iron Chef Ninja" was a bit to long.

Tacos and Ninjas rule, and I is secret...

It actually started off as SecretTacoNazi but I got sick of it, if my grandad saw it he probably would have killed me...

because I'm not very creative, and it's the best I could come up with at the time.

[sup]if someone can think up a better one I might change it it on the next forum I go to, it might even become my Xbox gamertag once I buy one of the blasted things.[/sup]

Molikroth was the pseudonym Mephistopheles, Archduke of Baator and ruler of Cania, used in a plot to exterminate disloyal minions. He staged a coup against himself, posing as "Molikroth", waited until everyone who was going to join had done so, and incinerated the lot of them.

I chose it because I work a lot like Mephistopheles. I copied the above plot to the letter in a text-based game I play, and liking how effective it was decided to use the name. Besides which his personality is pretty much the same as mine.

Wikipedia said:
Mephistopheles displays to the public world a face of charm, wit, and civility; however, he is infamous for flying into rages when in private and hides a terrible temper from public view. He is a schemer and although he has told Asmodeus to his face that he will rule hell in Asmodeus' stead, the Lord of the Nine allows him to remain in his position due to his more extreme hatred for Baalzebul. His schemes are also always flamboyant and flashy. For example, before the Reckoning he adopted the persona "Molikroth" and disposed of Mephistopheles using this method to ferret out traitors, killing any who aided "Molikroth" during this time.
I also use a dozen or so other names in various sites.

This is the name I made when I made my first foray into online multiplayer at the ripe young age of 12 with Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Suffice it to say, I'm surprised all the other kids I find online these days are swearing, attention whoring pricks. I had a pretty good experiance online and with the community, and many people didn't even bother asking my age (I didn't use VOiP, but I probably acted really mature or something).

I used L's name from Death Note, because that guy is awesome, and then I just added 12 and 50 because L is the twelfth letter in the alphabet and 50 in Roman numerals is L.
