I am wondering how the Captain america movie will effect the hype if the movie is good or not. if captain america is as good as Iron man, the incredible hulk and Thor then will we set our bar to high for the avengers? and if captain america is bad then will people still be interested in the avengers?

After showing how some of those guys can single handedly take out big super villains they need a real threat that they have to team up for. While many people with it wil involve the infinity gauntlet im personally hoping for mephisto.
