windows update idea

I am looking for a software utility that can download windows updates, and compile it into a home made service pack, to update a number of windows 7 machines at sites with limited internet speed.

Now I know there is a utility that can download the individual files
and there are utilities that can slipstream them into older XP iso images
but I dont know of one that can make your own service pack

I know about WUD (windows update downloader) its good for downloading but you cant combine the updates into an integrated file

That sort of thing is normally done by WSUS (Windows Server Update Service) on a windows server. If you don't a have windows server try googling alternatives to WSUS. I have no idea if they are any good because I have only ever used windows to do that job.
