Woes of Modern Warfare 2 Online...

I just got off the playstation, immensely frustrated at quite a few aspects of the game. I've been frustrated at other games before, but this just seemed ridiculous. I'm talking mostly about the Pave Low. It has to be among the most overpowered things in gaming history. It stays in the air for minutes at a time, can shoot in 2 different directions at once, kills you almost instantly, and is piloted by super computers. Seriously, the amount of time between when you step out of cover, and when you die, is probably around 0.2 seconds. It's instantaneous. Sometimes you don't even need to step out of cover, It just knows where you are and shoots you through walls. Destroying it is a ridiculous task, as you need to stand in the open for around 3-5 seconds to get a lock and fire, and this is after stumbling through the map like an idiot trying to find it. while also not getting killed by enemy players.

Also forgot to mention that the Pave Low, or all air support for that matter, on maps like Wasteland, and Afghan, should only last half as long, because of the utter lack of cover. Getting killed 5+ times in less than a minute by a chopper sucks.

The one thing that infuriates me in MW2 online is shittalkers (you know, those idiots that decide that when they kill you they have to CAPITALIZE EVERYTHING SAYING OMG N00B WHAT A ****** etc) grrrr

If that was the only way to get it than that would be fine, but unfortunatly they show up pretty frequently from care packages, which is only a 3 kill streak with hardline.

And yeah, people like that are just annoying.

My recomendations for Pave Low extermination? Cold blooded and a Stinger/Javelin.

Problem solved.

Yes, the game is horrendously unbalanced (and riddled with campers) just like it's predacessor but I still feel it's at least a minor improvement over the original (I'm just happy I'm not dying by a grenade blast every five seconds).

I wouldn't say the pavelow is a problem, one stinger missile (with stopping power pro) does the trick.
Things that bug me are:

The quite frankly EPIC number of campers.
The hip fire crosshair size, Especially when using dual shotguns, the shots always go straight to the centre, even though the crosshair's pretty much the size of the screen.
Last/Final Stand is now pointless, there's a short amount of time whilst falling to the ground where you can't shoot, and you don't have enough health for it to be worthwhile. You just get gunned down the same as any other.

I don't mind then they are the one talking to a corps, but i have had someone message me telling me i was a noob, so to respond i simply agreed and asked him if he had a boyfriend because i like it when guy talk drity to me. That shut him up and made all of my friends laugh. so a win win i'd say.

Use 'Cold Blooded' perk or hide in a building until its gone.

Thusly why you pull out an AT4 or Stinger Missile. It only takes 2 missiles to shoot it down.

Or just get cold blooded, it can't even see you then, and thusly can't shoot you.

It's just another aspect of the game that makes you change your tactics. You either hide or shoot it down.

Unless you have a headset and play in a clan wich I don't, team deathmatch is almost unplayable.

I've been killed in under a second in some Hardcore Search and Destroy matches. That was fun.

I gotta say that I hate the nuke. I really do. I've had it a few times, and unless we are losing, and the game is almost over, I wont use it. Some retards like to activate it 1/2 way through a game and yeah, just pisses me off.

All of these complains bring me back to a time when IW said this game was going to be so balanced that it would look like a see saw without the pivot point. wounder if the tossed that out with all of the "extra" computer things, or maybe it is so balanced we can't even tell O.O
