But Aquaman is by far the worst hero of them all,
Seeing asthough all he can do is talk to fish, and perform really well in water. I don't think i'd call Aquaman's name if i was being attacked or say in a burning building.

Well, I am not one to look for faults but I know some pretty terrible villans.
Senator Venorn Trent, No powers except great seagalogy matieral, two phrases "And you can take that to the bank" Storm's Response (Seagal) "I'll take you to the bank the Blood Bank!"
For Heroes, I cant say a single one, though in The World ends with You, Neku, at the start of the game is a hero that I can not relate to in anyway. But towards the end of the game he starts to become more and more likeable. and at the Climax of the Story, heck I wanna pat him on the back and say "Good Job"

worst villian...yeah Sephiroth. I want to merge with the Lifestream by killing the planet. But how is that even gonna work? Technically the Life Stream is just reincarnation...I'm not sure I see his plan. Get reincarnated as someone else?
Worst Hero? hmmm Shinji Ikari from Evangelion. He showed absolutely no character development through the whole series. He started out as a whiny brat with self esteem issues and he stayed that way. I was hoping maybe he'd get some revelation or at least some self confidence to tell his dad to back off. nope.

worst villain: the bad guy from house of the dead over kill....he dies in his mutated mothers vagina need i say anything more?
worst hero: i would say agent G from overkill because in this one he is borderline gay but in the other house of the dead games he was awsome so i'll spare him this time. aquaman was also another potential winner but seeing as how so many of you have already said him i'm going to have to say dom from gears of war 2 just for being a whiney baby.

I tend to forget bad villains and bad heroes. It's also kind of vague what "worst" really means. But if I had to contribute:
Worst hero: The Punisher. I love antiheroes, particularly Batman and Spiderman, but the Punisher tortures people to death regularly. Nothing's worth that, so I hate him. Jack Baeur (how is that spelled?) is even worse in the same way.
Worst villain: The bad guys in Captain Planet. Destroying the world is awesome, conquering the world is cool too, but polluting the world? That's lame, pointless, and they suck at it.

As for Captain planet:
Truck of Pollution is driving along to dump said pollution in body of water, Captain Planet comes along and "Saves the Day" by taking truck and throwing it into the ocean, Thus "preventing" the driver from polluting the water! Not the best logic...

Seriously, that guy is a homicidal maniac!
I like that he stays by his morals, but he could've picked better morals.
I like the character, don't get me wrong. I love the Watchmen.

Also, do you know that dude is invincible? Only pollution can harm him... That's lame. I can't believe you can be invincible and suck so badly.

Worst villain is probably number 5 from Kane and Lynch, he broke his nose!
Worst hero is Alias from red faction 2 (red harder) because he was just a completely undeveloped character
Best Villain has to be Kane from Command And Conquer, there is no character past or present that has been so evil yet so awesome!
Best hero ties between Master chief for being a pretty cool guy who kills aliens and doesnt afraid of anything and Marcus Fenix for being a tenacious yet caring individual who would sacrifice anything to help his friends.
Best neutral character is Ajay from C&C 3, just because he is played by Sawyer!
