I was playing "Myst end of ages" and i was desprat
it was in the middle of a cut scean at the beggining of the game
and i had to go "i'd mist an inportant cut scean" i thought and i hadn't saved so i had to start again just to find out it wasn't inportant.

I tend to wait for when the cutscxene ends and i can pause it, but once i thought, you know i could wait untill the end of this cutscene in Final Fantasy X, it went for like 15 minutes, i thought i almost died by needing to relief myself...

OT: I never really have, as all single player games are pause-able and multiplayer games I usually wait until in between rounds or do not start a game until I am ready.
