Well, this is a very interesting topic, because it depends on the universe.

This thread reminds me of a meme that was floating around the Gamefaqs Lord of the Rings board for a while. It was a running joke around there that orc women were the most beautiful creatures in middle earth, and you never saw them because the orcs didn't want their women to be stolen. If we're talking about those orc women, well, who wouldn't be willing to kiss one?
(Also, for those who don't know: canonically, orcs are elves that were tortured by Morgoth until they changed from beautiful creatures into ugly monsters. Knowing this makes the joke make a bit more sense -- who's to say the women aren't still somewhat elf like?

I mean, are we talking about being paid a million pounds and the only thing to overcome is the physical distate (in which case hell yes) or is the ork just standing there in the street looking lonely?

Well, the problem is that I have no idea what kind of orcs you mean. They could be really pretty. In which case yes, as long as they're the kind with good oral hygeine.
