I am the Jarvan IV from League of Legends, with the Dragonborn as my parter, and the person who will eventually betray me is... the Scout from TF2.

I think I stand a pretty decent chance.

I am a renegade Shepard from ME2, the Dragonborn is my partner and Wander from Shadow of the Colossus will betray me. There won't be anything left of Wander to bury when Dovahkiin and I are done with him.

So Steve from Minecraft is me, Shepard Engineer from Mass Effect 3 and Princess Sarri from Fable 3 are my partners. We'll be fine.

So I'm my character from that MMO Mabinogi, my partner is Captain Falcon because I always use the Blue Falcon and the third guy that will eventually betray me is Terra from Final Fantasy VI...

OK though my character from that MMO sucks absolute balls because he doesn't have a class, I think Captain Falcon may save my ass, but then again Terra is pretty damn strong so she might kill us both.
Edit: Wait I got it wrong, so Kefka is the one that's going to betray me, I have a feeling that unless Kefka can be beaten with a party of 2 I'm screwed, then again maybe Terra and Capt. Falcon survive but I die.

I am The Courier, my partners are Commander Shepard and a Trench Marine, with Farnsworth as the traitor.

The courier has 9 CHA and 100 speech, he could easily talk Farnsworth down, so could shep. All three are capable of turning Farnsworth into nothing more than a scorch mark.

Well, I'm going to be fine. I am wolverine. My partners are the terraria guy with megashark and the lead from Sid Meier's Pirates, and my antagonist is the marquis Montalban, a perfectly normal bastard with sword and one shot pistol.
