Well, I'm surprised to say the next gen consoles could be coming as soon as 2012, the next Nintendo console planed for 2011 the HD Wii. Sony already has plains for the PS4 and Microsoft the Xbox 720. I say this is WAY WAY too soon. Come on, this gen should be lasting longer then this in my opinion and the Wii should have been HD in the first place. It's kinda sad that they feel then need to push yet another gen in the console wars. I could just be saying that because I have yet to even have a 360 or ps3, I just have a damn Wii. Sony already has a year for the PS9.. 2072. I can't even imagine what that would be like.

It seems that the only thing you have is the HD Wii coming out 2011, and that's not a new console, only a modified Wii.

EDIT: I don't trust that website. I've seen several sites that say it's 2-4 years, 4-6 years, so this is just another site I don't trust.

although that said, if the next box is out in 2012, i wouldnt think that was too soon.
the 360 came out in 2005. that means it will hav had 7 years in the market. thats more than the original xbox, or the majority of consoles.
