WoW-Scroll of ressurection

Ok, well WoW is down for server maintenance and so are their forums so I'm turning here. My gf is up my ass about resubbing her to WoW so I want to send her a scroll of resurrection so we can reap the benefits as it makes no sense not to. Though I've sent it to her numerous times and she just does not seem to be getting it and idk what the hell is up with that, any clues?

And yes, I checked the spam folder and yes I'm sure I got the email right.

No idea as I don't play it but if you're sure the details are correct perhaps you have to wait until the server is back up from maintenance before it will work?

I presume all her details on there so their other web server might not be able to access the player database during downtime?

Well you are only allowed to send one a day, first day I screwed up the spelling of the email, and the next few days I KNOW I got it right, so this is day 4 now trying to get it to her. Because she's goes to sub anyway, I just want the mount and 7 free days I can get doing it this way.

Has her account been inactive for the correct amount of time? Double check to make sure it actually qualifies for the account, and make sure you send it to the email that is used to access the account.
