XBL should I get it?

Okay my fellow Escapists I'm considering getting XBL.
You guys got any good reasons, and game suggestions? If you say Halo 3 Toki from Metalocalypse will befriend you and you know what happens to all his friends.
Any reasons not to get it?

Escapist clan
Fun team players


Cons:
Screeching little brats
Team killers
Costs cash
Finding those good team players

Paying for "dedicated" servers that will bug out and disconnect you from a game 9 times out of 10.

That only seems to happen to me on L4D...what games has it messed up on with you?

fallout is getting exclusive dlc for the 360 just like gta is getting

I take it you're referring to "we do not bloody well add you!"? That just meant that you add them to join, not the other way around.

F3's DLC is not exclusive. It's on the PC as well.

Reasons to get it: Online gaming
You've got a clan of fellow Escapees who are not blamtards and are either competent or entertaining to play with
Game demos
DLC
Arcade games

Cons: It's $50 a year. NOTE: make sure you get a yearly subscription. It's by far cheaper at $50 per year than the monthly rate of $15 per month.
The user base can be somewhat irritating, though this is negated by the Escapist 360 clan

Well, I'm assuming that you already have an xbox, and you're just thinking about getting a Live Gold subscription.
In which case:
pros:
•Getting to find the cool people amidst the trashtalking 12-year-olds who are better than you because they do nothing but touch themselves and play Xbox all day.
•Playing online makes a lot of games actually WORTH the $60 you pay for them
•Eventually getting good enough to lay beatdowns on aforementioned trash-talking 12-year-olds.
•Possibly being lucky enough to play with the awesomeness that is ME.

cons:
•having to pick out the cool people from the trashtalking 12-year-olds who are better than you because they do nothing but touch themselves and play Xbox all day.
•It sucks ass being the noob in any online competition, but especially in FPS's on XBL (see above point)
•Possibly having to play with the annoying asshole that is ME.

Now, as to games for XBL:
Gears of War (both 1 and 2, if you like the first one enough: These are pretty much all I ever play)
Crackdown
Burnout Paradise
COD4
and since I don't want to be Toki's friend, I'll stop there.

It's rather obvious from the context, isn't it? My point was, that show is terrible, and that not everyone watches.
