Buy Banjo Kazooie.
Banjo Tooie wasn't really that good compared to it's counterpart.
Even though Banjo Kazooie is only a good 12-13hrs of gameplay, you should still buy it.
That, or From Dust.
Best. Gameplay. EVER.

Buy Psychonauts. I don't remember exactly how much it costs, but you should be able to cover it. You will not regret it.

There is a lot of good games out there, TMNT games are good and cheap.
Scott Pilgrim is pretty good, Shadow Complex awesome. There are lots of good games, the answer will depend on which type of game you are looking for.

Castle Crashers, Toy Soldiers/Toy Soldiers: Cold War, Laura Croft and the Guardian of Light. If you like fighters, I'd look into Deadliest Warrior: Legends. Much better than the original.

Read some reviews first, it's not as good as Yahtzee (and others) claim. It's kinda interesting, sure, but there's better stuff you could spend your money on.

I say:

Virtual On
Scott Pilgrim
ZenoClash
Dungeons and Dragons: Daggerdale (warning, very fun, but also very buggy)
After Burner: Climax

Really, you didn't enjoy it?

Why not? I went in with almost no previous knowledge of the game (or Tim Schafer) and it ended up becoming one of my favorite games. The platforming segments can be a little bit frustrating at times, and the combat lacks variety, but I think the buckets of creativity easily make up for that.

The novelty wore off. That's about it really. Seemed pretty cool at first, but after that it felt more silly than fun.
