Xbla game to buy??

hey i have 1700 points to buy some xbox live arcade titles, i hae just downloaded metal slug 3on the sale, is metal slug 2 also good, i see it costs 200 ms points more though, is it better?
anyway any reccomendations for me will be appreciated.

Metal Slug 2 is lots of fun. It isn't quite as hair-pullingly difficult as Metal Slug 3 can get. I have the entire collection of Metal Slug arcade games for the Nintendo Wii, and I like them all with the exception of Metal Slug 6 (health bars? What were they thinking?).

I'd also recommend Pac-Man Championship Edition DX. It's fast-paced, challenging and loads of fun.
