Xbox LIVE Party hi-jackers

Over the past six months of being a LIVE member I have encountered one of it's most irratating features....of course I refer to Party Chat, don't get me wrong it's an excellent addition to online gaming,

However there is one hugely annoy part to it and that is that random guy who you played a good game of Left4Dead with jumping into the chat while you are talking to someone else...

I don't know if I'm starting to sound like an old grumpy bast*rd but I find that it's just plain bad manners...

Obviously there is the private setting, which I do instantly all the time now, but is there anyone else that finds it highly annoying when your talking to your friends and suddenly Joe Bloggs joins randomly and then 4 of his friends and join him in comandeering your chat....

It's bad manners? What are you on about? I can see how it is annoying, but bad manners to join a game and talk? How was he supposed to know that you where talking to someone else?

Dude, you added him as a friend. If you were having a private conversation with your "real" friend use the private option. That's what it's for. Now go find something better to complain about.

Because, if he wanted to talk to the stranger in the game he'd be in the game channel or given an invite perhaps? Generally speaking, walking into a conversation uninvited is considered bad form, so much so that you'd be hard pressed to find a culture that didn't consider it a faux pas.
