Recently, Xbox live updated their terms of use. I can't agree to these because, when I signed up, I used my real age instead of lying, which made me require a parental account for permission. I used my old email account which I can't access anymore, and I need to type in the password in order to agree.
When I try to login to this email address, it says someone else may be using it, and in order to retrieve my account, it either needs to send an email to the address I had before that, which no longer exists, or I need to submit a form that I can't fill in properly because I haven't used the account for at least two years.
Can anyone help me with this?
EDIT: The support section of xbox.com is useless.
