Yea? Nay? Everything said while drunk has been thought out beforehand

Simple and straightforward. The thought is that, if you say something REALLY stupid/inappropriate/sexist/racist/scummy while trashed out of your mind, what's really happening is that the boozeahol has simply removed and/or impaired the brain-to-mouth filters that most people normally have in place.

What do you think?

I believe the scientifically correct term is 'word vomit'.

I don't think what you say always comes out the way you mean it to but it seems to usually stems from something you've thought before. Not always though.
