You are an advanced alien race and you discover a primitve species what would you do?

So yes the recent thing about NASA got me thinking; if I where an advanced alien species and came across a primitive species like us, sorry but we are still exploding small peices of metal down a tube to kill each other,what would I do? Personally if I could inhabit this planet I would wipe out the inhabitants and colonize it. Thats me though what about you?
EDIT: Just to clear things up, some people seem to be confused, this is if YOU are the advanced alien not them, YOU are the technologicly advanced super species, sexy or otherwise.
