So, much like the Unlimited Power thread, this is going to delve a little deeper into y'all personalities. And in this, we're going to be a bit more Manga/Comic like.

You have been granted any power that you wish, for simplicity, we'll keep in on a generally relevant subject limit. For example, "I have the power of everything." is not acceptable. We're already stating you have the ability to change the world with whatever power you choose. Your power could crapping gerbils and you're somehow going to change the world. Make the ruling population gerbils, that's an accomplishment.

Either way, what you are going to determine is what your powers are, whether you'd fight for good or for evil, what you'd be known as, and what you would dress as to represent yourself. As the modern times have shown in both western and eastern worlds, you don't have to wear spandex and sometimes spandex can look pretty damn cool.

For me, I would go with an idea of my own, the power to create constructs and such with the usage of life energy. For example, by spending my own life energy, I could create a sword or a gun or something along those lines, similar to Green Lanterns, limited to the user's imagination. But to gain more life energy, I would need to rest, so it's not an infinite source, and using too much of it could possibly kill me.

As for my name and how I would appear, I'd probably go with Something like Generate, or Leech, something that describes my "talent." For costume, I'm uncertain if I should just dress casually with assigned colors or go full out suit and helmet, much like a Tokusatsu hero [EG: Kamen Rider or Super Sentai. To Americans, Power Rangers.] Color wise, I'd go with bright, faded colors. Most likely Columbia Blue or an icey blue paired with white, and possibly black for small little details. I'd be an Anti-Hero to an extent.

The point of this thread is to feed your imagination and let those of you who have always wanted to be a superhero/villain express that dream.

I would take the ability to possess anyone at will. Sort of like in the film Being John Malcovich. I'd probaby suffer from losing all sense of self in the process, but think of all the experiences that I'd be able to have along the way. I'd also be immortal so long as there are humans to possess. One day I could take over a member of parliment, then it's of to possess some famous celebrity, then see what it's like to be a girl, and then... well you get the idea. I wouldn't have a name per-say, but if I'm active enough over a great period of time, phychologists might lable my possessions as a syndrome of some discription.

Interesting idea. My main purpose for this thread was to see what clever ideas the escapist community could produce. This is pretty interesting to say the least. Possessing people so much that you've created a psychological disorder, wonderful.

Shapeshifting and body/form control. Its a very versatile power that has limitations.

Kind of like beastboy, but without the green-colour limitation.

Shapeshifting could be anything, organic or inorganic. So everything from an eagle to a tank. My limitation would be that I have to have seen something before to become it.

the body/form control would be changing parameters of the body, so I could increase my speed or my strength within limitations of the body, instead of just becoming the 'average for the species' that most shapeshifters do. It would also come with regeneration (since putting the body back together if it gets cut for example makes sense if I have full control of it, healing is a process whereby a body changes itself back to normal once damaged after all) and be immune to diseases and poisons (once inside the body it would be a part of it, therefore subject to being changed/eradicated)

With power mastery over time, I might learn to change things by touch in keeping with that I had been changing my clothing subconsciously all along.

As for limitations: shapeshifting is already very limited by superhero concepts as is, it makes up what it lacks in power with what it gains in versatility.

I guess I'll be a fire elemental with regenerative power and the power from Jumper.

Fire because I just like setting things on fire. I know, however, that I could get seriously injured from using fire, or dehydrated, that's where the regenerative powers come from. I'm able to set things, or people, on fire and be moderately safe from my own powers because I can regenerate. As for the power to 'jump', I'll use it to get around the city, state, area quicker so I don't have to rely on transportation.

I'll be dressed in boots or athletic shoes, jeans, a dark shirt and jacket (I'll wear the jacket when it gets cold), and I guess I'll wear a mask of some sorts.

I'd choose the ability to multiply myself. I could create nearly infinite (although limited by my natural endurance) light-energy duplicates of myself.

I could also, at any time, re-absorb a clone, not only to gain back energy, but also gain any knowledge they possess, that I don't. So, I could send off an army of clones, have them all learn different martial arts styles, then re-absorb them all, becoming an instant kung-fu master.

I'd be my own army of ninjas.

And what would I use this power for? Crime fighting, of course. I could have dozens, maybe even hundreds of clones of myself walking around in disguises, and then have them all converge when a crime is in progress.

Invisibility at will. And I'm probably the only person who wouldn't use it for voyeuristic purposes.

My power is the inability to fail at anything I physically attempt. Curing cancer with a toothpick, WD-40, and two Snickers bars? Done. Jumping across the Grand Canyon? No problem.

I'd wear a brown duster coat, red button-up shirt, khakis with suspenders, and boots, then call myself Mal. Not exactly original, but hey, I'm a big fan.

The ability to bestow any power on ANOTHER person, and take away said power at any time.

I think it would be interesting to see what other people would do if I gave them powers.

Regenerative Immortality.

I would dress like myself, lose some weight, and slowly stockpile money over my years, eventually becoming a billionaire and outing myself as an Immortal, then I would wage war with my enemies. AND RULE THE WORLD MUHAHAHAHA

Actually I'd probably dress up like Vincent Brooks sheep style.

UNDERWEAR ALL THE TIME.

The ability to cleanse through obliteration of the bad parts, specifically via devourment by massive swarms of voracious locusts. Then using the gathered energy to fertilize the areas the evil occupied, so it can be used for better purposes.

I'd fight for good.

I'd wear a hooded jacket, fastening together via a literal interlocking tooth zipper, plain shirt underneath, and jeans. Basically the only symbolic part is the jacket, which hangs to the knee level and represents ingestion.

It's a wonderful system.

Knowledge

The ability to mentally acquire and fully understand any piece of knowledge I desire.

No supersuits, no publicity. I'd just be the quiet little spider tugging on the puppet strings of everyone else in this thread.

My power would be very simple but very effective, if a bit overpowered. I would have total control and understanding of all matter. I would make copies of myself by reconstructing the matter itself then send them and me to feed the hungry give gold to the poor and destroy greenhouse gasses. Basically I would be a god and would be a king merciful benefactor to humanity.

Ok, I know this will come as a surprise, but I would have the power to control time. That's not "travel through" or "manipulate", but absolute control. By controlling time, I would not only beyond it's influence, but also in command of all it affects.
I could, say, cause someones hands to age 4000 years in the space of a minute, or make it so they never existed.
If someone beat me in a fight, I could hop over to an alternate eventuality in which I won.
The possibilities here are nearly endless, and I've come up with better examples, but I can't remember them right now.

Alternatively I would have the power to change my username on any website, if only to reduce the number of capital letters.
