Sort of.
The story: I was fighting a Deathclaw (it wasn't even that high level -- I was given the option to Pacify it) and, during the fight, I suddenly dropped my gun and my arm was crippled.
After the Deathclaw was killed (by Cait, not by me, because suddenly the incredibly powerful and mighty Sole Survivor was panicking and confused because he dropped his second best gun) I zoomed out, because I really, REALLY like the crippled limbs animations.
And my arm was gone.
Not crippled.
Completely fucking GONE.
He doesn't seem to care about it, either. Neither does Cait or the little Ghoul kid.
Not shown in this video: A bug a few minutes later where an arm gib spawned on my shoulder and fell to the floor, and a bug a few minutes later where I was completely invisible.
My arm is still gone.
