I don't know but the fact despite there being over 500 channels and only like 6 of them being focus on animation disappointing me. It also doesn't help that most of them are targeted to children and barely any of them show any adult anime.
...Is it though? Plenty of adult cartoons, and most anime is definitely not aimed at kids.bluegate said:Why, doesn't the internet at your house work anymore?
The majority of animation and anime is aimed at kids, so it would make sense for channels focusing on animation to show primarily kids shows, wouldn't it?
Anime is kinda half and half, though a lot of the more kid-oriented stuff is actually not localized. There's so many pokemon/digimon/yugioh clones out there XD.Saelune said:...Is it though? I do think it is an unnoticed problem that things like Family Guy and Futurama are labeled under 'Children' in programming menu categories.
Just not having to deal with advertisements alone should cancel out whatever mild inconvenience there is in clicking 2 things and then watching what you want.CrazyGirl17 said:This. A thousand times this.
Seriously, there are like a handful of channels for cartoons and some of their time slots are clogged up with tween sitcoms.
Yes, I know there are streaming services now, but what if I don't want to bother? I'd rather something simple as watch my beloved cartoons on tv and not feel overwhelmed by the number of shows on Netflix.
But I haven't trusted network executives in a long time, so I doubt that will ever happen...
Fair enough. And I meant being overwhelmed by all the shows to pick from. Not to mention they're at least 30 minutes and I have a weird attention span. But that's just me.Dreiko said:Just not having to deal with advertisements alone should cancel out whatever mild inconvenience there is in clicking 2 things and then watching what you want.CrazyGirl17 said:This. You can just watch the same show you'd watch on tv anyhow so I don't get how you're being overwhelmed by netflix.
